Fees

Workshop fees are inclusive of all instructional materials, special luncheon at noon, gift box, and refreshments.  All fees must be paid on or before the first day of training, unless other payment arrangements have been made.

 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are registered to attend and cannot, we encourage you to send a substitute at no extra charge. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.  No refunds will be issued after     April 14, 2017.

 

Special Accommodations

If you require special accommodations notify us at registration@worldclasstraining.org.

 

Dress Code

Casual business attire is appropriate. Please bring a sweater or wrap as room temperature may fluctuate.

 

Video or Tape Recording

Due to copyright laws audio and video‐recording is not permitted.

 

Content and Timing

The content and timing of the program may be altered for reasons beyond the control of WCT.
